About Me

I've been exploring my own healing, spirituality, dance and the nature of energy for over 25 years. For the last 12 years I have been working with people from all walks of life, supporting them in their own healing process, creativity, self empowerment and spiritual journeys. All this has been beautifully held and supported by a life long passion for dance, nature and the relationship between the seen and unseen dimensions of 'reality'.

Amongst many rich experiences and adventures I've trained with a Tibetan Lama in India, meditated in a cave for a month in the foothills of the Himalayas, lived in Buddhist Centres and travelled extensively immersing myself in several personal shamanic journeys in Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia. I've led many workshops and retreats whilst also co-created several retreats in Ecuador, working with indigenous men and women incorporating traditional healings and ceremonies within our own medicine work and offerings. I've been blessed to have had many formal trainings over the years, as well as many teachers and guides, indigenous and Western and have a close relationship with an Ecuadorian Curandera (Indigenous Quechua female Shaman and Healer), who through a series of initiations and transference of power ceremonially married me to Spirit.

Through my learning, travels and experiences I’ve developed my own life’s path and service in working with people individually and through Shamanic Trance Dances, Dance Medicine, ceremony, workshops and retreats. Fundamentally I create safe, sacred spaces where people have the opportunity to let go of external distractions and dive deeply within, connecting with themselves and the bigger experience of their being for healing, joy, guidance, clarity, wisdom and the reclamation of personal power. Finding easy ways to access ancient rituals and tapping into inner wisdom beyond the mind are an important part of my work and I’m really looking forward to sharing this journey with you.
